Makes the call to sack the GM without explaining why in any detail only to be found out having told the GM to sack 2 of the highest profile ABC journos because the government (led by Malcom Turnbull) didn't like stories run by the ABC. Fallen on his sword, what a Muppet!

Also probably highlights why Malcom Turnbull is no longer PM. The big two parties are on notice. Stop interfering and complaining about the ABC. From memory Tony Abbott was outspoken about biased from the ABC when he held the top job.

get back to 1 TV Station a couple of radio stations and its core functions news, a bit of sport and the arts, its turned into a monster , a heap of different stations, and show less than they did in the 80s.
