It has happened at my Grand daughters school, one of her classmates.

The question that seems not addressed is the who and how!

The who is anyone's guess but it seems very organised and widespread to be isolated individuals which then begs the question a group if so who!

The how sems to me to be simple, go buy the punets take home and do the needle, take them bake and replace them.

A little bit scary for my liking!

I have been wondering when they would be putting a needle in, not sure your theory is 100% correct but , would be one way, but more the question WHY ? Has been no comment or any demand made, no rhyme or reason.

Sick dickheads for mine, and just purchased some strawbs some 30 minutes ago, good wash and cut up before eating though.

A very simple solution to prevent anyone buying a punnet that is tampered with after packing is to put sticky labels over the opening with a warning on the label. IF THIS LABEL IS BROKEN RETURN IT TO THE VENDOR IMMEDIATELY. Coles and Woolies have these sticky labels already over their bakery products. If the seal is broken don't buy it and notify the staff. That along with metal detection scanning should lift consumer confidence but I have always cut strawberries into quarters.

Absolute idiots, has caused a disgraceful waste of food, and producers goods to be worth nothing.

Jail the pricks if caught as someone could be seriously injured or worse if a needle is missed and swallowed.

The bastards need hanging if they are caught!
