Colin might be able to pull rabbits out of a hat but even he can't control the massive drop in iron ore and oil prices or the unbelievable return on our GST! I thought that I was watching the comedy channel when during the Channel 7 news he was asked how would he manage this situation - the response was "we will cut the millions spent on state advertising".
