ASADA have just announced that they will not appeal the AFL Tribunal decision against the Essendon 34 or Dank? Will WADA also do the same?

The Don's have played everyone for fools with their brilliant deception and their "unfortunately" inability to keep any meaningful records of what they have done with their injection regime.

Unless WADA trip over the hidden locked box of the suppliments injection records they wont waste their time or money, it seems Essendon have got away with it, but the club and in particular the Princes reputation has been permanently tarnished.

Get over it , Bombers were cleared. About time ASADA went after the real cheats. Try Collingwood & Fremantle if you want convictions.

LS rest assured this is not over and won't be over for decades. The case against the Essendon players was not proved primarily because there was not sufficient evidence to determine what was in the injections. Personally I would have thought that it would have been preferable to get a 2 year suspension rather than possible health implications further down the track.

So my guess is that WADA will pursue the EFC, AFL and who ever else might be implicated. If it doesn't, it will be the laughing stock of all major sporting bodies throughout the world.
Please explain the Collingwood Fremantle reference LS.

No not really, AFL is seen as a minor sport on the world stage. AFL is NOT a major sporting body. Just shows how easily corruption can happen.
As a sporting nation though WE CAN NEVER EVER POINT THE BONE AT FIFA OR THE OLYPIC MOVEMENT.

I heard today that Lance Armstrong wouldn't of been found guilty if his case was before this tribunal, makes me think that Essendon are definitely guilty I really hope WADA appeal.

Crowley tested positive to a ASADA banned drug as did two Collingwood players. All gave poor excuses for the substance.

LS to the best of my knowledge the three players you mentioned have yet to have their cases heard.

Personally I would like Dank to be forced to front a Senate inquiry and made to answer all the questions with respect to the injections' regime. Should he refuse to answer such and all questions then he should be subject to whatever penalties are appropriate for such failure.

With respect to Crowley I would suggest that he will face a two year sanction unless he can argue mitigation. It should be noted that from all reports Crowley went to a Doctor who had a current licence to practise, received a legitimate prescription which was filled by a Pharmacist who had a current licence to practise.

If the Doctor wrote out a bodgey prescription, the onus is still on the player. He is responsible for what he takes. ASADA have no evidence of what Essendon players took, let alone banned substances. You have as much chance of Dank facing a Senate Inquiry as Julia Gillard facing one for Union FRAUD.

ASADA have no evidence because your cheating club got the paper shredders on to it.
