Cricket Aust & the Indians have agreed to postpone the 1st Test due to start this Thursday with Phil Hughes' funeral the day before. Probably will be slotted in between the Adelaide and Melbourne test.

Common sense decision. The players are not going to be in the right frame of mind for next thursday

Very much so. And hats off to the Indian Board of Control and players for agreeing.
Heard that only 4 Australians had scored 3 Test centuries before their 24th b/day....Bradman,Greg Chappell, Ricky Ponting & Phil Hughes. Not bad company.
