Geez that's a tragedy, single car crash ends the life of ex Aust cricketer Andrew Symonds. Only 46, too young, loveable rogue, who on song was a fantastic cricketer.

My god very sad news seemed like a terrific bloke, obviously richly talented cricketer and obviously a devastating loss for his family and mates but especially his wife and kids. Was hoping it’s not another Danny Frawley type car accident but being a rollover it appears not at least. Just a tragic accident. An autopsy will reveal if there was any alcohol or other substances in his system. Hopefully not.

Yes exactly F. Pity he could not have played more test matches. With the playing stock at the time, was difficult getting into the team for anyone. Was always good seeing him in the one dayers. Could not believe the news report this morning. Involved in a single vehicle accident and sadly is no longer with us.

Personally, I think it’s one of those rare times that the public doesn’t need to know if he had substance in his body.

I’m interested to hear you expand on your reasoning for that. Why not? I think no different to any othe Joe Blow we should know if he was intoxicated by alcohol or any other substance or if not it could have been caused by driver distraction or fatigue. It doesn’t matter who it is the police investigation and autopsy report will come out with a determination and we need to know what they find. He might have swerved to avoid a kangaroo, it could have been as simple as that. I’d like to know.

Yes it's quite simple, I can see a pattern here among a few of you and it's quite pathetic.
