Well fuck me finally ScoMo, Corman and Porter have come to their senses. Their reason? They’ve seen what’s happened in Victoria and how that is impacting other states and they don’t want to see that happen in Western Australia. Well no shit Sherlock? And it took a Prime Minister, Finance Minister and the Attorney General to work that out. FMD :woohoo: :woohoo: :silly: :silly:

DD the hypocrisy of it is very disheartening, that we have a federal government that goes to the communal loo and reads the writing on the wall that hey you might lose and hence the change of mind, oh and the writing was next michaela cashs phone number!

There’s no doubt that Christian Porter read our emails to him and Sco Mo reads Ozfooty

No 58...it's more likely they read the mood of West Aussies and the fact they could lose seats here at the next Federal election as a result of siding with Palmer. You just need to see the support for Sneakers to understand we don't want a fat cane toad to force our borders to open when most don't want them to. I can't believe they were so tone deaf and didn't just sit on the fence to start with.

Yep no doubt the motivation is self preservation suddenly waking up to the realisation if the border is forced open and we end up having to go back to restrictions they will be obliterated at the next fed election in WA and in doing so handing if not victory a significant amount of seats to Labor in the next election.

The whole thing stunk from the time the preliminary court case stared. The Commonwealth witnesses used where very disingenuous towards Wa.Regardless of the fact that we have done well.Reminded me of our fight to secure a fair GST handout.
Scomo might be a puppet of the multinationals who want this states $$$$.But Porter and Cormann put our health second also jumping on Clives train.

Just a tongue in cheek comment BC. I mentioned in my email as I’m sure everyone did, that if if the cane toad won his case, then it would be a very long time before we saw a lib govt in WA.

Yes mate...I got that...and I agree with what you're saying. I was just making the point that it was a complete turnaround for the feds in that up until yesterday they were supplying expert witnesses in support of fatso's application and now they're withdrawing....it's not hard to understand why.
