You are just being facetious with that question, we both know that they won't but what I expect is that there will be new works and thus jobs created so that the bulk of folk will be able to find work until their desired industry rebounds.
These are the times that sort out the wanting to work and the wanting ...... like the bad old days when you could register as a clown and could only be referred to similar types of work. Funnily enough I reckon some would qualify off this site!

It’s not that simple, the tourism industry supports many people like students and part-time workers, you can’t expect them to go and work on mine or construction sites.
Others would not have the required industry experience.
The state borders will come down soon anyway as the state govt won’t want to go through a court case they know they will lose
