Would you believe we have reached the penultimate round of the B Grade Home and Away season. We have had plenty of action on the field and off as well, but this is the business end to the season, so we still have plenty left to discuss, dissect and even hypothesise. We still have 10 games of football left and each game has something to play for, in what shall be an exciting end to the season.
Off the field, things could not be better for DrM (less than 60 days for the avid reader), and one thing is for certain - the Collegians Fried Chicken Burger - a solid 9.8/10. Value for money was second to none and no one told the Dalkeith crowd that there was a lettuce shortage, outstanding. Clubs the bar is set and there’s a fair chance you won’t reach it, but we all know some on here like to only battle the low hanging fruits, so all the best
Let us look at this weekend.
Wanneroo v Mount Lawley @Wanneroo Showgrounds
A big game for both clubs here and the winner looking likely to finish on top of the ladder at the end of the season. Wanneroo had a loss last weekend, but back at home they pose a serious threat and you know they will want to finish the season strong in front of a home crowd. Mount Lawley, also off a loss last weekend will want to finish of their season strongly. Will be a few fascinating games at The Showgrounds all day. Wanneroo at home, cannot pass up.

Ocean Ridge v Collegians @Heathridge Park
Well Onion Ridge need a win here or finals will be out of the question for the boys at the ridge, it is as simple as that. They face a Collegians side who will be full of confidence after a strong win last weekend. I think Collegians will be firming as a strong contender for finals here and grab a win.

Whitford v Bullcreek Leeming @MacDonald Reserve
The North Padbury boys had a good strong win last weekend and will want to show they can beat anyone like they did last weekend. They come up against a Bullcreek side who have put in some good efforts in recent weeks and more than likely avoided relegation for themselves. It will not be an easy game by any stretch but you imagine North Padbury folk, will grba a win here.

Melville v Swan Athletic @Melville Reserve
The “Who Cares Cup” will be played for here. Melville there only hope to win something this season comes this weekend and they are half a chance to do so against a Swan Ath side also struggling. MrM has no idea where it all has gone wrong for these two clubs, but they can play for a little trophy if they wish. Swan Ath to perhaps win.

Baldvis v Wembley @Baldivis Football Oval
For MrM, Baldivis are the big smokey in the pack this season, and this is a good chance for them to firm up their spot in the top 5. They face a Wembley side, who let us all be honest have been quite disappointing this season, with some lower grade forfeits, and all sorts happening at the club, it has been an indifferent year. I cannot see them beating Baldivis here.

Good luck this weekend all.
