Where does the time go, it seems like only yesterday that MrM completing last weeks write up and yet here we are again bringing you some more B Grade action. It is always a pleasure to see the usuals here each week, but would love some input from some others, MrM feels lonesome, we all know very few are on MrM intellectual level, but we can always aim high.
That being said all those in Brumby land need not bother applying for any role, MrM would give a solid 2/10 for his match day experience down in Brumby land, if you have not been down yourself, MrM would suggest treat yourself before they move ovals because you will never get anything quite like it.
As for off field, many people will be happy with the lifting of restrictions, not MrM, far too soon for MrM and those in charge need to have a good hard look at themselves. It is all heating up in the ACT though and MrM is here for it all, and happy to offer his opinion and even show you his ABC vote compass results, if anyone can guess which way MrM lands, a bottle of the finest grange will come your way. Alright, let us look into this weekend.
Bullcreek Leeming v Swan Athletic @Beasley Reserve
What a big game for both these winless clubs, with a win desperately needed for both sides. Both clubs fell agonisingly short last week of a win and will know their best is good enough to win on any given day. Bullcreek will be hoping they can get their season underway and once again challenge for finals, however up against a strong Swan Ath side who you also know will take a lot of confidence from last weekend game. Should be a fascinating yet very good game here and MrM think Bullcreek at home will be too good.

Wanneroo v Melville @Wanneroo Showgrounds
Wanneroo came undone last weekend and will want to make sure they can redeem themselves at home, however not all is easy going for the Roos gents and getting back on the winners list will be a hard task especially against a side hungry for a win like Melville. Melville are yet to kick off their B Grade campaign but know a visit to the showgrounds is perhaps what they need to ignite their season. Given the V8’s are in town and Wanneroo will be losing about ¾ of the fan base to that, MrM still thinks the Roos will get it done.

Collegians v Baldivis @David Cruickshank Reserve
Well the boys form the shank are certainly making a good case for a return back to A grade for next season, both League and Reserve have started strongly, and at home in the GT they are a dangerous team, up against them though they have Baldivis who may be in for a culture shocking heading to the GT. Baldivis had a very good win last weekend and will want to replicate that type of football, but coming up against the Collegians boys is never easy. I think Collegians will be far too good especially at home. Side note, what has happened to the once vaunted Colts for the blues? They all haven’t run off again after club functions have they? Either way, Collegians for MrM.

Mt Lawley v Wembley @Inglewood Oval
Well the Mt Lawley gents will be a happy bunch won’t they, first they are flying at the top of the ladder in many grades, and secondly, they have now got all their players back in the club for a beverage post game. They are obviously playing good football though and at the moment their opponent for this weekend is not. Wembley are a side who will want a win soon, or will it be panic stations for the wombles. What is happening at Wembley though? Someone fill MrM in please, I think Mt Lawley at home will win here without much fuss.

Whitford v Ocean Ridge @MacDonald Reserve
A Northern suburbs derby, the road v the combined suburbs. In all seriousness though, the North Padbury gents are obviously playing good football and should be commended for their efforts, must be all those hill runs from leaving the oval to get to the changerooms, also surely time to change the mascot/nickname, seeing as every other sporting code has changed a similar name. Onion Ridge though are a side who will want a win to keep touch with the top of the ladder and continue their push to play finals. Will be a fascinating contest between these tow fabulous clubs. The battle of the changeroom distance. I think Whitford at home, will be too good.

That is right folks, MM went out on a limb and tipped all 5 sides at home. Good luck all.
