It has been an interesting time for MrM. All MrM seeks are answers yet people seem to be raising more questions, which MrM does not like. But life is returning to some what normalcy for MrM, the early morning commute on the train and the fun time writing these posts.
MrM figures that you all must be excited to read these as last weeks blew up, especially because we had a few Johnny come lately’s join in last week, and MrM does appreciate the conversations, however do not come in spread vicious lies and throw darts and then return to your hiding spot like a bitter man, or you should start calling yourself Kevin Rudd…
In football terms though, things are starting to heat up, and while this weekend may see the race for the Top 5 all but sealed shut, not knowing what the final order will be entertaining and will more than likely come down to the final round, much like the relegation battle.
Let us look at this weekend’s exciting fixtures.
West Coast v Bullcreek Leeming @City Beach Oval
Well this could be the biggest game in B Grade this weekend, with both sides needing the win more than the other. West Coast are trotting along nicely stringing together a few good wins and back at home, they will want another good showing. Bullcreek though, inaccurate kicking cost them last week and know they cannot afford another loss, or they lose touch with the top 3. I feel as though; West Coast are building nicely and will get it done here.

Mt Lawley v Wanneroo @Hamer Park
The Mt Lawley boys are still half a sniff of finals if they can win this weekend. They haven’t had the best season so far, but you never know what they can bring each week. Wanneroo have faltered in recent weeks, but can they steady the ship at a ground that is more than likely in worse condition than their own. Should be a tough ole slog, but I think Wanneroo will be too good.

Bassendean v Kingsley @Jubilee Reserve
Bassendean are another looking to build on big things for this season, but they face a side here hungry to win as they face the prospect on relegation. Bassendean have turned it around since they faltered for a few weeks, and the bigger bodies in the wet may prove the difference. Kingsley though, they want a win and desperation may get them over the line as they battle for the Delby Cup. Bassendean at home, in the wet and viewing the game from the balcony…

Ocean Ridge v Swan Athletic @Heathridge Park
Well the Onion Ridge boys are another side on the down and did MrM see online that MrM BBL. is Darwin bound? This may affect them heading towards finals., but we digress. Onion Ridge must get back to playing good team football, but up against Swan Ath is no easy feat. Swan Ath are another club needing a win or they face a tough relegation battle. The Onion Ridge boys may be up and about, but you never know. I feel they can win here.
Ocean Ridge by 2 goals
Whitford v Ballajura @Macdonald Reserve
This would have to be the biggest game for both these clubs this weekend. Not only this season, but for the future as well. Whitford were good last weekend, but can they keep it up as they fight to avoid relegation. Meanwhile Ballajura are good at home, but away from home they might be a different prospect. This game is a big one, and would be hard to tip either side, could we see another draw. Given it is at home, Whitford to get it done.

Good luck to all this weekend. A bad weekend for actually wanting to view the games from the clubrooms or sheltered area. City Beach Oval looking the best in this sweepstakes. Other are a long way behind.
