Things MrM has been pondering all this week.
“While you work from home this week you great gent, should you do the write up earlier?”
“Where is the P.F.L podcast this week? Was the host one of the close contacts?”
“Will we actually have football played is the big question?”
MrM does not actually know, normally MrM takes 17 minutes out of his allotted Friday travel time to work to complete this write up, so MrM is going one better and sitting outside typing this up as we speak – what a day for all.
Ps where is fullback – has he gone missing? Did my lawyer friends finally catch up and issue him a cease and desist. Who knows?
But let us get into this weekend and see if he or she appears.
Bullcreek Leeming v Swan Athletic @Beasley Park
In a big game for the bombers here, they know a win may push them to them into the top 3 but another loss, may see them lose ground on the others. They know their best is very good, and they face a Swan Athletic side that is so uncertain week to week. Swan Ath lost last weekend as MrM predicted, but they will want a much better showing here, than last week. With Big Yuk possibly back in the lineup, anything can happen. Another loss and they slip further into the relegation zone. Bullcreek will be to strong at home though.

Mt Lawley v Bassendean @Hamer Park
Another week for Mt Lawley to show they are improving tohugh, and with the addition of one of the most electric players to grace the P.F.L into their lineup, things will happen. Bassendean back on the winners list last weekend will want another win here. They are not in danger of missing the finals, but will want that top 3 finish. Mt Lawley shocked everyone last weekend, and they may do it all again here. But Basso to strong.

Ocean Ridge v Wanneroo @Heathridge Park
If there was one game of football that should not be going ahead in WA this weekend ahead due to exposure sites, it would be this one. Onion Ridge will not be happy after dropping last weekends game and back at home you would think they would be out for vengeance. Wanneroo also let one slip last weekend and know they can do better and prove that they are a top 3 side, credit where it is due, West Coast looked very good. Interesting to note though a suspended Onion Ridge player was on the field during a break of the Wanneroo game last weekend, and violating the rule about entering the playing arena of a match when suspend, he was also making a complete fool of himself in the process, here’s hoping they do not suffer more weeks as a penalty…Wanneroo to win here though.

Whitford v Kingsley @MacDonald Reserve
This game has huge ramifications on the ladder and what is going to happen with relegation. Whitford are having an off year, one does wonder though why the reserves are undefeated yet league struggling. If the season ended today, Whitford would be relegated. Kingsley had a great win last weekend and will be out to make sure the same happens this weekend. A huge game for not only both clubs in season 2021, but also the future of these clubs, would love to see this game. I think Whitfords at home will be too good.

West Coast v Ballajura @City Beach Oval
Last weekend, West Coast looked very good, MrM think’s they are building to big things in the season. They were good all over, (minus the two games before the big game). Ballajura though, they had a shock win and know that more is required to lift themselves off the bottom of the ladder. West Coast is a big ground and it will mean Ballajura are chasing all day unfortunately.

Should be a wonderful weekend. Cannot wait if it goes ahead
