Football is back again this weekend and MrM cannot wait. It doesn’t take much for MrM to get excited, but it was good to see some discussions about clubs health and umpiring but let’s keep up the search for FullBack, one day soon we will be graced with their presence I am sure, pending court appearance for the libellous claims he levelled at MrM. Word has spread through to MrM that the P.F.L Podcast have been sorting through the OZfooty forums as well and it’s good to hear this news. One day MrM may actually listen, but time will tell. Let us see what this weekend offers.
Bassendean v Whitford @Jubilee Reserve
This game means a lot for both teams and in differing contexts. Bassendean will want a win to arrest the losing streak they are currently on, meanwhile Whitford still sit very close to the relegation zone, something no one saw happening I’m sure. Given it’s at home, I think Bassendean will be too good here.

Mt Lawley v Bullcreek Leeming @Hamer Park
Another game, another big game for both clubs. Mt Lawley are another club that needs a win to avoid the relegation zone but they are facing Bullcreek who will want to make sure they stay in touch with the top of the ladder. A big battle of the red and black sides here. Away from home though Bullcreek should still get it done.

Wanneroo v West Coast @Wanneroo Showgrounds
A game between two of the form sides of the competition here. Wanneroo have done what they needed two in the past two weeks, but coming up against the building West Coast will be a different challenge. West Coast have those big ins returning from injury…(this will never get old) and will look to bounce back in the second half of the season. With Wanneroo hosting past players as well and MrM nestling in for a couple of mulled wines, can expect a big day. Wanneroo should get it done at home.

Ballajura v Swan Athletic @Kingfisher Oval
Well Ballajura need a win as they hope to avoid the drop in 2021 and they have managed to string together some decent football in recent weeks, but up against Swan Ath who have been hot and cold this season. Will we get the Swan Ath who defeated Bassendean or the Swan Ath who scored under 20 points last weekend. Ballajura isn’t an easy place to play and MrM is backing the Royals at home.

Kingsley v Ocean Ridge @Kingsley Park
A bit of a local derby under lights. Kingsley may be disappointed in their efforts so far this season, but there is still time for them to make a difference. Onion Ridge though are flying and the gents do seem up and about. It will not be easy away from home, but they can get it done for the onions.

Go well men, keep up the chatter.
