Here we are, Grand Final Eve. The birds are chirping, the suns out (at least today anyway) and everyone is excited to head to the worst ground in WAFL football to watch some good football. I don't care how many AFL players they produce, update ya facilities would ya. Good to see Franks people got around and discussed some football this week (that was sarcasm knobs) so hoping for some classical yarns today. Lets dive in ayeeeeee:

Colts- Wanneroo v Swan Ath-the 2 meetings between these two have been rather interesting. Wanneroo managed 1 goal in round 2 and if the Ath had kicked straight, probably win by 10 goals. in the second meeting, it looked like a game that was pretty tight all day with Wanneroo finishing off strong. Looking at results and ladder, Wanneroo have just got better and better as the weeks have progressed, beating some good teams rather easily. The Ath have some big bodies and if its wet, will be backing themselves in. Rematch of 2017 but I feel the result is the same based on momentum. Roos by 2 goals in a dogfight.

Reserves- West Coast v Whitford- after seeing both these teams play, I think the Coast have this in the bag. The reserves standard this year has lacked in my opinion with only the one team that could actually win it. Whitford have been winning the close ones and will be excited to be playing in the big one. Coast handled them rather easily in R2 but that was a long time ago now. With a bit of weather, could they continue their form? No they won't. Coast by 6 goals (just coz it's wet)

League- Wembley v West Coast- You can see why back when teams voted promotion and relegation, West Coast wanted it. Strong in all grades and primed to bounce back up into A grade. The only issue with that has been Wembley. They pushed them in the regular season, then got em in the Semi, could it be a three-peat? My question to Wembley, do you want to go back up to A grade losing Stan Wright next year? Bound back to the WAFL from all reports which would make it a tough slog again. They have picked up a very strong goal kicker through the season who is tough to match up for even the best backs so maybe they are primed for another flag. Ive backed West Coast all year, I've called them the champs and thought they were the only team that could win it. Do they want another year of B grade bashing? The Wombles are primed, West Coast are ready, I'll back the Cowan again by 2 goals in a tight one.

Give me y'all reports maaa dudes, looking forward to a wonderful day down at Sharkie Parkie. Baaaaaa Byeeeeee

Back In town and missed the ammo footy scene

Going to be a cracking game this afternoon.

West coast only just getting over Basso last week with both their gun forwards not managing to kick a goal- so you would suspect they are ready for a big day.
Conditions probably don’t suit bigs though but Devitt finally has an excuse to wear the long sleeve- if your not Kade Simpson don’t wear a long sleeve for fucks sake.

Onto the game-
Wembley to be a little fresher after the week off and you would suspect they got a look at west coast last week.
Just because We$t Coa$t have the cash to splash I will go with Wembley to win.

Hope West coast get another year in B grade in 2021.

whichever side can be adapt to this wind quicker/better should get up - and if there's a side who knows how to play in windy conditions it is west coast cowan. Cowan by 20 points with 105 points scored between the two teams

And that's all we have folks. The boys from the Netball Centre, The Wombles, Bless Them Allllll, The Mighty Wembley Football Club has returned to the holy grail, A-grade football. People have been asking Frank, you gotta feel for West Coast. Two years in a row, no promotion but tbh I couldn't be happier. Never seen a team so sure of themselves that they were one of the only teams to push for promotion and relegation in our competitions. Another year to dwell before the season comes around.
Look, I wasn't at the game and cant really quote much, but the breeze Wembley obviously used better. However, Frank did see arguably one of the great goals ever in a grand final with number 4 from Wembley, hitting a contest front and square at halfback, the ground opening up, taking 6 bounces before handing the ball off in the square for a massive goal into the breeze. You have to see it to believe it. The second half was dominated by West Coast but the ball was stuck in the dead part of the grounding which the Wombles blocked up.

The Ressies was as expected. It pissed down by the sounds which would have made it unappealing. But West Coast was the best side by far in 2s football.

Colts was pretty even by the looks, Wanneroo missing chances then the ATH went banggggggg. Not sure if the weather affected that game or not.

Let me know mad dogs, keen on some thoughts from the weekend.
If anyone was in attendance
