Bullcreek Leeming Football Club was established in 1980 and is a proud B Grade community club that strives for success both on and off the field and is seeking a Head Coach for the 2021 season.
Whilst the primary role is to manage the on-field performance of the club’s League team by providing leadership within the club and local community it is equally important for the role to continue to develop the strong culture within the football club by mentoring other coaches, driving player retention and recruitment, helping with off-field resources and sponsorship and fostering relationships with our junior club.
Bullcreek Leeming Football Club invites applications for the following Coaching role for the 2021 Perth Football League season:
League Coach – B Grade
Qualifications:
Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
Experience:
Coaching experience at Senior level
Previous involvement within an amateur sporting environment preferred
Necessary Qualities:
Sound football and coaching background
Demonstrated leadership and communications skills
Proven ability to develop and improve player skills
Commitment to driving a club culture
Planning and organisation skills
Ability to collaborate and work with others
