Well well well, the boys have come out of the woodwork and B grade football is alive. You could say the reason for being back are due to Basso's poor on-field antics but its good to see some chat. Hopefully some more boys join the tipping comp or Frank is absolutely going to run away with it like Steven Bradbury did in 2002.
Anyway lets do the points ladder
Bullcreek Leeming- 43.
Bassendean- 40
West Coast- 40
Whitfords- 38
Mt Lawley- 36
Ballajura- 33 (R1)
Swan Ath- 30
Wembley- 29
Wanneroo- 24
Very interesting to see the 2 new B grade teams have stacked up on some fresh talent, will this result in flags, who knows. Wembley and Wanneroo starting all over again with local talent especially after coming down from A grade. Wembley did also have a 5 pointer on the weekend but this shows you can go stack it up, but it dont always work. Yes im talking about you Bullcreek.
Anyway
Bullcreek v Ballajura- Disapointing last week Bullcreek and will be out to make sure they dont slide twice. Balla off a bye were good round 1 but i think the bombers have the edge. 5 goals
Mt Lawley v Wanneroo- Been in both games have the hawks with no points. Hope the bloke who got belted is healthy, not what you want to see in football. Wanneroo did what they had to last week it seems and will edge the hawks by 2 goals
Whitford v Swan Ath- Big win last week for Shitfords as they put a claim down as contenders. Swan Ath could be in for a long short season from what ive heard. Shitties by 9 goals
Wembley v Basso (MOTR)Wembley better have that white strip ready coz Basso have no back up. Wembley had a strong start last week against The Money Bags Bombers and will want to continue that against Basso. Basso riding a good start so far will be the hunted and teams should be wary. Be interesting to see if this weeks talking will affect them or not. I'm going for Wembley, just because of what happened last week. 22 points
Play the game right, and drink beers with the oppo after.
