I see Billy Stanlake has been named to replace Starc in the next game at the Gabba. At over 200cms and bowling at 150kph's plus I reckon he'll give them something to think about.

I have been surprised how uncompetitive Sri Lanka have been in the first few games. Their batting hasn't fired a shot, their bowling apart from Malinga is pedestrian and their fielding has been abysmal. I reckon a few of the associate sides would give them a run for their money. The Australians have been very good but really have been under no pressure

Mikey, they are an interesting side to watch that's for sure. They recently beat Pakistan away (wherever the Pakis call home) yet struggle in Australia.

This is the first T20 series they have lost in Australia

Sad to see Glen Maxwell pulling out of cricket for a while to deal with mental health issues. Hopefully he can get well soon and back out on the ground. It is encouraging that he has felt able to declare it and get the support he needs. Too many young men don't do this and that is one of the reasons why we have such a high rate of suicide amongst this group.

Its amazing how he hits the ball so often out of the middle of his bat, when the average park cricketer would just get an edge to the same delivery, his mind works quicker than most and this helps his hand eye coordination everyone raves about

Surprised J Richardson or Kelly didn't get a gig in tonight's T20 in Perth....especially having more experience bowling at Optus then Abbott....bet Abbott would of gotten a gig over these two if it was the SCG....first international in 5 years for Abbott....interesting choice over the two Perth home boys.....but I guess JL is trying out all his potential options...

went along to have a look tonight, pleasant night to be outside. The game was a no contest. Pakistan didnt fire a shot all night. There is nothing more boring in cricket than a one sided 20/20 game,the crowd were reduced to beach balls and mexican waves. Bring on the test matches.

Lucky you weren't at the Eng v NZ match mate....240 from Eng in a T20 is ridiculous....NZ got to 150-160 and still got pantsed....lol
