LOL.....ACB might as well cash in those WC T20 flights now, whilst there is time to get a refund......no point Aust going....absolutely no idea how to play that format, let alone deal with a spinning ball.......atleast a few lines....I mean many lines have been drawn through a few players......Marsh is the only batsmen who has put his hand up these past two series.....the rest must be shown red cards and told,  thanks but no thanks.....

Good to see Ellis show a few tricks......Swepson also......pity young Tanveer didn't get a go.......no doubt  Langer will stick with who he knows, despite their obvious short comings especially on the sub continent..... so every side going probably has a fair idea on their best eleven/ twelve players....not Langer, he hasn't got a clue.....Aust will enter a WC tournament, with no idea on who will play game 1......JL needs to go.....he is clueless, loyal to a fault, but clueless.....

It was the first ever T20 series where the combined run rate was below 6. The pitches were doctored to suit the Bangladesh spinners but even so to get bowled out for 62 was an abysmal performance. You would think that Maxwell, Stoinis and Cummins would be straight back into the team for the world cup but even so Australia will struggle to get past the first round of fixtures. They have just never been very good at 20/20 despite all the BBL that they play.
Mitch Marsh is the only batsmen who has cemented a spot out of this rabble, time for Wade and Christian to be pensioned off. Mcdermott and Phillipe should get more opportunities on friendlier wickets
As for the coaching role, it is probably time to give Dizzy the job, if he wants it.

Surely if Aust lose the ashes at home v an Archerless England, who have an aged frontline attack of Jimmy and Broad, then Paine and JL will be shown the door....Langer talks of being patient etc, but really in his time involved with Aust as a coach, how many batting collapses have we seen and has there been any improvement in Aust ability to combat a swinging or spinning ball?

Freeze with this topic heading were you referring to your beloved NZ?!

An interesting Test Series currently playing out in India against the Kiwis with NZ holding out very late on Day 5 for a draw in the 1st Test at Kanpur.
Now in the 2nd Test in India's first innings NZ spinner Ajaz Patel took all 10 Indian wickets to finish with the remarkable figures of 10/119....only the 3rd such occurrence in Test history (Jim Laker 1956 & Anil Kumble 1999) being the other 2 bowlers to achieve this feat.
NZ followed up in their first innings being dismissed for a paltry 62.
Also one to note in India's 1st innings we had the unusual dismissal of A.Patel (IND) out lbw b A.Patel (NZ) for 52!
