Read an article that Langer was seriously considering picking Mitch Marsh to replace Smith in the Lord's test last year instead of Labuschagne...geez bullet dodged or what?....what is the deal with JL and the Marsh boys?....surely enforces the decision to select Pucovski over Burns....

Hey we agree on something for a change Freezin. Mitch good at Big Bash, Sean top notch Shield cricketer and Big Bash/1dayers. Both had their moments and plenty of chances at Test level but both lacked consistency and that comes down to mental. Sean was unlucky early on when he just couldn’t catch a break. Would get his chance, look a million dollars then break down.
