Don't feel too bad about it anchorman. The story will sell a few extra copies of said newspaper, which is good for the advertisers, whilst boosting the sales statistics for the publication company. Apparently that is good for everyone. Am I to presume no Wafl news stories were not to be seen in mentioned publication?

58, as an east freo supporter i always cut you some slack. but this is just typical. an old girlfriend of mine used to say to me "why do you insist on watching the eagles when you barack for Nth Melbourme and Fremantle!" (was always nth melborne pre AFL, but celebrated (quite drunkly) the 92 and 94 Eagles premierships.
All of a sudden Freo came into the picture, and i thought, well i support Nth Melbourne and East freo, though did like the Eagles as well. But hang on Freo are "fremantle" so i thought that gives me three teams to support.
history shows that didn't happen! i tried to keep supporting the Eagles as well, but it lasted probably 2 years 96 and 97. I realised that other people who didn't support them cottened on to it much earler. It is so pro Eagles here that now, when people ask me who i support, i say "whoever is playing the Eagles". They are my most hated side bar none! so sick and tired of the bias support they get here, and while i disagree with 99 percent of what A/Man says, i agree with him here!!
