Strong finish from the pies. Quite a few young guys picking up plenty of touches.

Two interesting teams for this year. The Pies must make the 8 for Buckley to keep his job and I expect Essendon to have a pretty good year, somewhere in the 8 - 12 position on the ladder. I don't think the Pies can do it and will be looking to replace Buckley before the end of the year. Essendon will play on a lot of emotion because of what they have been through and could surprise.
