I can't understand the separation of punches. If you punch someone in the guts, it's punch. Should always be reportable. Same as a "jumper punch". Apparently you're allowed to punch someone in the jaw and providing you're holding his jumper at the same time, it's legal. A punch is a punch is a punch.
We all used to do it, but it's a different world with a different set of rules today. Just make it consistent for God's sake.
