Must be a while since both Perth based teams were beaten on the same weekend. Would not have happened last year I would imagine. Not much footy talk today unless you were a Hawks fan

A/M I recall posting at the start of the season that Suban shouldn't be anywhere near the team and tonight showed why ,two OTF which were regulation passes to our players and kneeing Shepperd in the head stopped any momentum we had , hopefully he gets rubbed out for a few weeks, can't deny that the club needs to rebuild.

Ffs Deboer comes in for seven lousy possessions these list cloggers need to be delisted including Mayne and Mzungo all they do is stop any momentum we gain with their disposals.

Anchorman, they were really pushing it uphill without a recognised ruckman for 3 quarters. They dug pretty deep and showed a bit of character to get within a kick but the Eagles had too many guns in the end. I think it is time for Ross to bite the bullet with guys like Hannath, Tabener, Crozier, Grey and Tanner Smith, give them and also Langdon, Weller and Alex Pearce an extended run in the team to see what these guys are made of. They may surprise people and revitalise the Dockers rather than using the recycled washed up players like Mzungu, Suban and Deboer.

Did Priddis really win the Glendening medal. Fair dinkum - I hardly noticed him. Eagles with respect not going anywhere this year/
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Eagles will beat Richmond at Subi next week and be 3 from 4 and on their way. You don't have to be at your best at this time of year, just get the 4 points. By contrast the Dockers have to go to Melbourne to face the Kangaroos minus 2 of their best players and are staring at 0-4. Thought Priddis was good but there were a few Eagles better than him IMO [e.g Shuey}

North will thump the shockers over there, they will be 0 and 4, the season is over no club has lost 4 straight at the start of a season and made finals. First win will be against the blind school, I mean carlton r5.

Eagles are in the hunt, should sharpen up but look a bit ordinary at mo, tbh honest cant see them having a serious impact, tougher draw this year., but they can be amongst if they want.

as I keep saying, the wheels of the bus go round and round, it is time to change the wheels.

Maybe change the bus driver. Ross the boss hasn't got plan B unless he goes to Collingwood as Buckley also has no idea. A Million a year well spent by Fremantle.
