Yep some say the Super Bowl entertainment is great. I wouldn't know , I have never watched it.Some super star performers. Great but how much does that add to the cost of tickets!!!Hpw many families or ordinary American football followers can afford one ticket, let alone tickets for a family.
We have a game, that doesn't need other entertainment.Our game is fast, non stop for over two hours.Big men big bodies.Hard hits, hard running.
At half time we have some thing to talk about.In my opinion we don't need entertainment to keep us occupied.

None of the entertainers get paid. Some have to pay. Its called FREE PUBLICITY. Doesn't affect the cost of tickets. AFL Grand final tickets are also too dear in proportion to our population..

I don't know, I just raised it as a talking point for the forum.
And yes I know that our GF tickets are expensive, especially for people out side Victoria.

I can't understand why we have to have spectacular presentations at half time. Has our fast moving society lost its ability to amuse themselves for 20 or so mins at half time? For me, its a good chance for a quick beer, a leak and buy a bag of chips or whatever for the kids. We really have lost the plot. I want footy, I'll go to the footy. I want entertainment, I'll go to a concert.

Hardly an excuse,a/man, its the TICKET price NOT the travel price. I actually think AFL tickets are MORE expensive at Subi rather than the MCG in general
