That was one hell of a game. So many mistakes by both sides especially Fremantle in the first three quarters, but it was under intense pressure from both sides for the whole game. Port were the better side for 3 quarters but were unable to put any distance between themselves and the Dockers on the scoreboard. In the last quarter, when the game was there to be won, the Freo premium players (Pavlich, Fyfe, Mundy and Barlow) all lifted to a new level and got the Dockers over the line.... just.

A finals type game in round 1.

jardine Offline Premium Member Posts: 997 Thank you received: 0	this game was like a final. hard to believe watching it, it was just round 1!!! freo will be right up there, injuries aside. Same with Port. interesting that these sides don't meet again until the last round in Adelaide.
