Lets hope the actual evidence will come in the open now Peter so we can determine what actually happened at the club. ASADA have made a statement very similar so it may not be as cut & dry as everyone assumes. My thoughts are, forgetting Hird & EFC for a moment, with Dank under oath to the feds saying he didn't give Beta 4 to the players, the players can use this as a defence to disclaim against ASADA's current allegation in the show cause notices. Would this then not put the ball back in ASADA's court to prove Dank is lying???
