Gee the day before the very first dockers AFL GF , and I thought this board would be pumping, the way the media has hyped it up ,,, but its dead as a maggot..wtf?

most of them are probably in melbourne bazza.

my tipping has been below average this year, but i just cant see hawthorn winning this game. i think freo have got them covered. freo can choke them like they did sydney and geelong. A dockers premiership i think.

come on theres only 14,000 tops in melb.

I've just been told that the dockers Post GF celebrations with the team and cup etc will be held at Subi oval on Sunday when they get back...

this can't be right surely...it would have to be a freo oval for certain wouldn't it...??

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the majority of people on this site support the WAFL as their primary competition and although some may take an interest in the AFL, its not many peoples main passion. What would really get me excited is if Swan Districts are in a grand final. Yes I am certainly interested in the AFL Grand final and I will support the Dockers but it just ain't the same for me as watching the Swannies playing off for the flag.......

yeah but WAFL is done and dusted even old WAFL people used to love the VFL GF even though theres was no wa based sides in it..

i would of though there would of been far more activity going on here.

Same here Bazza, I have been surprised with the low number of tips on the other thread I started. Perhaps many are resentful towards the AFL and what they are doing to our great WAFL comp next year? Who knows

yeah the host club thing has screwed wafl people over big time...
