How did Judd go the previous week against Port when the Blues were 7 goals down & won in Adelaide A/Man?

Oh thats right yeah he didnt play.. so how could they had possbly won then?
He was superb yesterday.. If Waite or Gibbs didnt play we may have lost too..

Juddy's elbow is gone too after Pav head butted it a few years back..

On the odd occasion you say something sensible anchor. Unfortunately, once again, a load of crap. When he was at the Eagles, he got A grade 'protection' resulting in winning the Vic's top medal. He went to Carlcheat and didn't get the same, so was nowhere near the player he had been. But hey mate, you just go ahead and live in your own world...I won't bother you about it any more.

58shark...can't let that one go without passing comment re the a-grade protection bit...i was at the 2006 AFL GF (took Dad for his 60th) and having never seen Judd play before live was astounded how a bloke racked up 28 possesions whilst basically having 4 blokes circle him at every clearance. He won the hard ball then dished out to Kerr and the rest of em all day whilst being scragged from all directions, let alone the amount of times he was tackled in to a ball up because he got to the ball first. I'm no Eagles fan, in fact I hate em, but to see him in that game I thought the man was herculian. One of the best games I've ever seen any individual play based on the fact that he was scragged from pillar to post, receiving minimal protection from his team mates who fed off him all day whilst he took Sydney's tackling brigade on. As a bloke who played all my footy in the midfield I was in awe. At his best, one of the best I've seen if not the best.

Juddy obviously has more WA roots than he realises.

Maybe Juddy can sit down with Pav over the next few weeks & explain to him what it takes to win a flag / Norm Smith or even 2 Brownlows for that matter..
