will they make a last ditch effort for Paul Roo's ? or go down the same home grown path and try Sumich? interesting times ahead.

Think it may be Sumich but you never know. I wonder if Woosha jumped or was tapped on the shoulder? He did seem keen to continue a few weeks back but looked completely disinterested in the coaches box last saturday

Woosha's review along with the boards process was due to come together middle of next month. Watching press conference now.

it's a shame but if he aint got the drive to continue then its for the best

Perhaps Scott Burns could get a go. But Roo's has been strangely guarded in this Melbourne announcement. Almost like he has been waiting for something to happen in WA.
Until Roos signs on the demons dotted line, i expect WCE to throw the kitchen sink at him. Could amount to nothing but they will try, guarantee it.

I think you're right about Roos and I also think he has been in their minds for a little while now. Still, coming over here gets his family another 4/5 hours further away from Tammy's family. Can't see him being interested. The Eagles scene would be perfect for a coach like him though. If they're going for an untried coach, they could do worse than Scott Burns.

To add to that, I wonder if Brizzy has made a call to him tonight????

Yep i agree,hes probably a good "line" coach at this level not sure how he would go in total control.
If they have to go within then it has to be Burns but like others Roos would be the pick and until he signs elsewhere or says hes not interested then theres some minute hope.

With you there anchor, I don't think Roos has a speck of interest in moving west.
Mind you, the WCE gig will be very attractive to a lot of aspiring coaches.
