What a great game of footy I saw today, Geelong V Hawks.Tough and relentless all day. No quarter asked and none given,,
Full marks to both clubs.
And also, full marks to the umpires for the day. No frees that decided which way the game was going to go.Even when under the pump late in the game, they held their line and almost let the players play. Basically only paying the obvious frees.
And now, after seeing the swinging arm on the Geelong player .Meiers, it will be interesting to see how the MRO sees it.After giving Voss three weeks, surely this swinging arm will be of the same penalty.

The Dogs/SK game certainly wasn’t close, but I was riveted to the screen watching the dogs.  I think they would have beaten anyone on the day.
