Will the AFL actually be able to get the "Opening round" up and running on time?
Looks like the weather gods, not the footy gods might be the ones to actually decide if it goes ahead,
And it looks like the AFL, will actually wait until Thursday befoe making a decision.

I would have thought the sensible thing to do would be to reschedule now to play the game in Melbourne and reallocate another home game to Brisbane later in the season. The worst of the storm will be blowing through Thursday night and Friday morning

From what I can gather, if the game is lost, they will be reschudled for the weekend both are set  for their bye.
