Interesting to read that Leigh Matthews and Gerard Healey said that Freo is the most disappointing team so far in 2022.  Big call, because in 3 or 4 weeks time, they could be sucking eggs.  I understand Matthews making the statement, probably doesn’t even know where West Australia is, but disappointed with Healey.  He’s probably one of the fairest callers in the AFL.

Footscray, would have been unlucky to lose that one. 26 scoring shots to 15.  Another typical Sydney borefest.

Big crowd of 4000 at Giants Stadium yesterday on a Saturday Arvo. The AFL is getting a great return on the vast sum they've spent on expansion.

Must say though that the covid situation would have taken it's toll, he did a pretty good job keeping the AFL comp going, but apart from that the AFL do pharkall for the state leagues.
