His Mrs has a job in Melbourne working for the VRC I think.

I’d be happy to pay some of his contract if pick 13 is on the table from the Giants.

That's what doesn't make sense MA. If missy moo has a job in Melbourne and he wants to be with her then why was Gold Coast the first team mentioned, now a Sydney team?

Not really sure about Gold Coast and why they were mentioned to be fair. Always seemed a strange fit considering they needed to trim some players off their list and also reduce their salary cap.

He played for GWS and apparently has been catching up with some of his former teammates since they've been over here.

The Victorian team that makes the most sense to me is Richmond. They've lost Chol and will likely loose Callum Coleman-Jones and from all reports would like to see if they can pinch a 4th flag. They have several early picks 7, 15, 26, 28.

Could Freo send Lobb and 22 to Richmond for 15 and 28.  The points deficit would see Lobb valued at around pick 20.

Freo end up with picks 6, 8, 15, 19, 28 heading to the draft while the Tigers have a replacement for Chol and still have 7, 22, 26 heading to the draft.

If they want Freo to pay some of Lobb's salary then this could be arranged as well. Depending on how much though we may ask for 26 instead of pick 28.

Yeh Lobb has been on the piss with a few ex GWS team mates. That’s dangerous. Probably not a bad thing offloading him at 29 years of age while he’s got some value. Leaves us a bit vulnerable up front but have been impressed with Treacy and don’t forget Cox can play forward and fill Lobb’s shoes.

I really hope Fremantle stays firm on offering pick 22 for Clark and no more. We must retain pick 19. At the most I would offer pick 61 we acquired from Collingwood in the pick swap as a sweetener with pick 22.

What about Lobb to GWS, pick 13 goes to the Hawks and freo end up with Gunston.
possible a few later picks or part payments of contracts tossed about to smooth off the deal.
GWS get Lobb
Hawks get another first round pick 13
Dockers get Gunston

I like Gunston but he hasn't played much senior footy the last couple of years due to injuries. GWS won't part with pick 13 for Lobb. We will most likely get whatever they get from Essendon for Bobby Hill.

Well all the air has gone out of that far fetched deal. Both Lobb and and his manager have come out of it looking like dicks. Next year will probably be Lobb’s last in a Dockers jumper I’d say unless he breaks up with his partner.

Fremantle need to hold firm on pick 22 for Clark. No way we give them pick 19.

Nice work Belly. Jordy now a Docker for pick 22 and future 3rd rounder with a future 4th round pick coming back our way to get the deal done. He’ll be a real weapon possibly on the wing giving us that pace we lost when Langdon and Hill went back east and Stephen Hill’s career ended by injuries.

Yep, good outcome for the Dockers. Bell has driven some good deals while he has been in his role at the club. They now need to use their 3 top 20 draft picks to top up their list with some good Young talent.
