Is Buddy Franklin the most protected player in the history of the game at the tribunal? Fuck me I reckon he's got off more times than any other player in the history of the game. 

That was as deliberate an elbow to the head you are ever likely to see and makes a mockery of the so called protection of the head the AFL pretends it looks after. If the AFL don't appeal this appalling decision then they are a spineless organisation. Or did we already know that?

Which is more likely: the AFL appealing the decision or me becoming a financial member of the Liberal Party?

There really should be a Ballantyne rule: replace the player with Ballantyne and then work out what the sanction should be.

Yes the tribunal system is a shambles when it becomes more about who has been charged rather than what they have done.

Can you imagine the fuss if the situation was reversed where Ryan elbowed Buddy in the head!!
