If Kelly got weeks, Jolly should have got the same.

I would have liked to see Kelly get off. But with both these incidents in 2 weeks and 2 different outcomes....it baffles me!!

Yeh I guess you are right, but Jolly still had intentions to bump him, he stopped and propped, if he did not want to bump him he could have avoided the contact.

Kelly's did look worse as you said he left the ground, but they both resulted in the same thing....slight knock on the chin....that the bumper could have avoided but chose not to.
