Thats disappointing to hear, both are very good players. Kemp was never really suited to Swans defensive game plan. He would thrive in an environment where forwards are bought into the game more. He is a very skilled player and can kick accurately. Jones is a very good contested mark who can be utilised anywhere on the field.
They will be big losses. Also there would have to be some question marks around Tony Notte although given he is now within touching distance of the 300 game mark he may be tempted to go around for one more season
 

Nic Nat has just announced his retirement. I wonder if he would be open to returning to Swans (injury permitting). I'm sure Smart will make the phone call.

If players have decided to retire or return to Victoria it would be nice of the club to let supporters know so we can thank him for their efforts at the last game

Some pretty big holes to fill if indeed Noble, Jones, Kemp leave and not to mention Notte of course. You’d think Blakely could be an exit too. Cameron has been a bust so he’d too have big question marks about a return and obviously Fisher tried to leave last year. 

Could be a lot of turnover which is never ideal because it takes time to gel a genuine flag contender and it’s already been long enough. 

There would be a hell of a lot of cash to splash though so hopefully we can get it right for once and have some sustained success. 

On another note…. Geez Ehlers is impressive!!!

Notte has come this far and he will go on for another season. We just gotta look after him.
