Good to see Waterman get dropped.  Seems to be playing for himself lately.  Also Petracelli, he does something brilliant 2 to 3 times a game and is never seen for the rest of the time.  Vardy in, good to see him get a chance.  Even so, I reckon Swans to win.

Well if there's a hint of rain, WC are no hope.

Pretty amazing to see Rotham dropped, out of contract, he should tell them to get fucked and take the better money he could get elsewhere. Elite user of the ball and I'd have him ahead of Cole and Duggan straight away in my best 22

Watching this game makes me even more convinced WCE were dudded with the Tim Kelly trade. They definitely paid overs but I think we're now seeing by just how much. WCE gave up 2 first round picks and pick 24 for Kelly. By comparison Geelong gave up pick 9, pick 28 and a non-descript player for Pat Dangerfield in 2015 who went on to win the Brownlow in his first year at the Cats and has been a star ever since. Kelly was a third tier mid at Geelong behind Danger, Selwood, Guthrie et al...a bit like Des Hedland at Brisbane during their halcyon years. Whomever negotiated the Kelly trade would be pretty nervous I reckon as he needs to start showing a lot more to make it even close to a worthwhile deal without even considering the $800k a year salary.

Looking at the game, it appears that West Coast are adhering perfectly to the Governments COVID requirements in terms of keeping 1.5 metres distance from opposition players.

If they happen to fall into 8th place they will only be making up the numbers, The Doggies, Brisbane, Port and the D's are streets ahead of the rest, maybe add the Cats if they decide to come to play. I think there's only one dark horse now and that's Richmond, they are too good a team not to regroup and if they make the 8 they could cause some real mayhem come September.

You would think that the Eagles will make way for some other team that wants to play finals.

Well couple of takeaways ( prob a bad choice of words!) but as good as Nic Nat is, he has a very big spare tyre. ( Mc Govern not far behind) Also IMHO Cripps was gone 2 years ago, BUT still gets a game, and questions never asked. The diff between Darligs best and worst is to bigger a gap. And broken tackles was just not on
