BC,

I don't read the shit, I know we have been fucked for years along with the other G6 WAFL clubs. If you call the WAFC they will tell where the money has gone. Taylor was on the radio the other day and said that WP had been transparent and the in and out goings are all accounted for. Now going by the WAFC's non issue with $ubi's books you would have to say that it is 100% accurate wouldn't you agree ???

He said every dollar was accounted for which suggests it wasn't misappropriated but that it was still unrecorded and from all accounts unreported to the WAFC until the new CEO found it. It also sounds like it's recurring debt so not sure what it could be but there's obviously some governance issues at play.

Are you accusing us of salary breaching ? I will call my Lawyer at once to start proceedings :) In all seriousness, It is refreshing to see that the WAFC have listened to us punters and are now taking a keen interest to bring down those who breach the salary cap !!!

Leedy....just think you guys are going round n round in circles like those pesky injuns did trying to knock off Custer(Subi).....still believe if any of us supported a club winning with ease like Subi are currently, we would be defending the club like BC is doing and telling other clubs/fans to lift their games on and off the footy field......no different to 2 opposition fans arguing during a game about the umps favouring the other side....when you win you don't see any problems...when you lose you go looking for them......same old same old

I for one have almost resigned myself to never seeing another flag at Basso in this current contrived WAFL and we have only won 1 (by a solitary point I might add) in the last 28 years!
What do other posters from the real WAFL clubs think of their flag chances into the future?[/quote
BH I think Earl Spalding will win a premiership at Perth in the next 5 years. And Swans will be 4th to 6 th in that period.Starting well with late season burnouts.

In answer to your question BH, I can’t see my Sharks winning another flag. Not blaming any team or situation other than us. We’ve seen some horrible admin decisions made over the last few years and when I hear that the tail is wagging the dog inside our club, I think we’re going nowhere. I have no doubt that Subi have benefitted from the past situation as will East Perth and the crab sticks down the road, but at the end of the day we are where we deserve to be. I did say I’d walk away from the WAFL, but a 60 year love affair with my club is too hard to break.

LOL very true 42...but history suggests the injuns didn't get it easy either.....

58 spot on with those comments mate....I blame EFFC for its current predicament...not Subi or the umps or the WAFC or the AFL......98 seems like a life time ago......since then 3 GF for 3 losses...v EP, v Cl and v W.A(Foxtel)...plus that prelim loss to u know who....LOL.....not sure a new coach is going to change anything TBH.....it is what it is....has been since Big Ron took a few EF boys with him to WCE in 87.....

Not sure how Earl is going to win Perth a flag in 5 years gtx.....if Bennell and Ninyette keep improving they will get drafted for nil monetary reimbursement.....Hill and Stack will be gone next year......Perth like most WAFL clubs are on a fine line depth wise.....not saying it wouldn't be great seeing Perth win.....just a case of whatever they sow Will be reaped by the AFL sadly...

Some stats...

MOST WINS TO START H & A SEASON

19 East Perth 1944 (end H&A 19-0)
19 East Frem 1946 (19-0)
17 East Perth 1959 (18-3)
15 South Frem 1950 (19-2)
13 Swan Districts 1980 (18-3)
13 Subiaco 2018 (?)

HIGHEST % AFTER MINIMUM OF 13 GAMES PLAYED IN SEASON

232.51% (10-3) by EF in 1904
231.89% (11-2) by North Frem in 1905
230.56% (14-2) by EF in 1903
230.50% (13-0) by Subiaco in 2018

A percentage of over 200 after 13 games has only occurred 39 times in WAFL history and only one other time since 1944, (also by Subiaco who were 12-1 at 208.44% in 2005). This includes 5 times by the undefeated East Perth in 1944. Every other instance was between 1901-1918.
