As the footy season has officially ended it is time for a break. To all the Ozfooty posters, friend and foe, best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. Enjoy the summer break and let us all hope that the 2016 WAFL season is in the news for all the right reasons and that this time next year we have seen one of the best WAFL seasons in recent times.

To all of the Swans’ players who retire or move on through their success in getting drafted thanks for your commitment and efforts to the mighty black and whites.

I have a lot of reading to catch up with the summer break.

With the Grand Final played last week, the footy season is done and dusted for another year. Been disappointing with the low attendance figures, being only very marginally better than the 2014 season. Hopefully the footy can get back on track and attract more spectators at the grounds next season after the off field dramas of 2015.

Make sure you all check back each week for my weekly quizzes. I'll keep them going over the off season. Happy to take suggestions once the club ones are finished.

I'll also be continuing to add player data so I will have every player from 1979 included for all clubs, so I'll be doing plenty in the off season.

reckon SF reserves will be odds on for a 3 peat.....especially since the league side have already landed one ES recruit.....another local possie bites this dust ...but hey if that is what needs to be done to be competitive, can't blame SF or any other G5 club taking that route.....thought SF had no money Bazza?

We havent, depends on the cost I guess, Free cash from the likes of Craig White and Mogambwa leaving helps.
