Footscray didn't align with an existing VFL club to field a side. That's why i didn't mention them.

Correct me if im wrong But didnt all the clubs agree to the alignment?
I am not too sure what all the fuss is about, yes east perth have a little advantage of seasoned bodies (full time athletes) in a WAFL comp but they are also very disadvantaged.

They both have players who are at times only interested in themselves not the proud history of their alignedl clubs.
They dont have the same relationship with their playing squads that make it so special to win a flag.

If we need anymore proof how useless the WAFC are, look no further than the SANFL Grand Final today. A crowd of 39,000 !!! What did we have 7,000?

If they don't immediately follow suit with the South Aussie model, good luck.

Well done Subi. Good to see an actual club who played for the jumper, get rewarded. Instead of a group whom half had already had their Mad Monday. Congrats to Josh Hill too. Was a great player for Subiaco.

Think the sanfl crowd figure is more about the passion of their supporters. Less keyboard warriors and more guys actually going to footy. VFL got record crowd of 23 K way behind sanfl. Whose fault?

astro it is my understanding that your home game attendances were down 17 % this season; surely there are some true East Perth supporters who can go on the board and get the host club alignment revoked before your club loses all its supporter base.
