EF start a game down, on the flip side SF start on an evens unlike last season, despite that we managed to avoid a total wipe out so I think we can push towards 5th. EF will be the mix but with a tight finish that loss of 4 points could cost them a place or two, other than that the usual suspects will be about the place a raffle there, with EP upping it a bit for something different.  

Joondy finished last season very strongly and nearly made finals after a classic WP GF hangover in the first half of the season so I see them making the finals. Real raffle for the other 4 spots. The loss of Zac Clarke for Subi is huge given he pretty much dominated the ruck in the comp last year and as BC said we don't have a reasonable ready made ruckman to replace him so while being very competitive I don't see us in the frame for a GF spot. Should be a super competitive comp in '24 with any of PTH, Peel, SD or WCER capable of pushing for a top 5 spot. I dont see SF challenging as they are having to rebuild a fair bit but still capable of an upset here and there. The fortunes of Peelmantle and WCER are completely at the mercy of their AFL masters. If both AFL teams have good injury runs, either could be right in the mix.
