Peelmantle can actually utilise 14 Freo players going forward in this Finals Series as (with the blessing of the WAFC) they have pulled the ol Nathan Wilson & Ethan Hughes (drafted from SD I might add) are local Peel boys and thus should not count as Dockers afl boys!

Peel limited to 12 listed players, Freo have put Amiss on ice, Taberner and Coyler didn't qualify and while not a listed player, peel VC Traye Bennell is out injured, so a significant change from last weeks elim final team which moves the 1st semi slightly more towards a level playing field. If Claremont come to play they have the spread of mids to really trouble Peelmantle, but dont have the big bodied talls to compete so will need to make it hard running ground ball game. A few showers forecast for Sundays game (why the phark is it on sunday? TV dictates that I guess, perfect weather forecast for Saturday fine and 20deg

West Perth too good! We only have ourselves to blame. Umpiring was very good! Marsh went MIA!
Jupp made critical errors that resulted in goals and cost us the game!
Very disappointing effort!
Thanks for sharing those very insightful thoughts mate. Few would be better qualified to offer an assessment because after all you played in the 1984 grand final!

Old mate FF2 is a bit of an enigma Ti Em.  If he did play in the 84 GF, then all kudos to him, I probably was cheering him on.  But that was 38 years ago and he’s probably lost a lot of his acumen like the rest of us.  I think you’re taking the piss FF2, I don’t think you’ve got a lot of allegiance to the Sharks anymore.  Your choice, but at least be up front about it.

Definitely enigmatic. Not making much sense will cause that. If FF2 is a fan of the club is the worse we have.

Well normal transmissions resume with the removal of the rancid stench of AFL interference in our historic competition. Well done to the Tigers who played fast run on footy against what was slightly closer to resembling a real Peel team. Just shows the difference between 15 or 16 listed players and 12 listed players.

3 real WAFL teams to fight it out, may the best team win.

probably more about not getting to concerned with the 2nd semi loss, which they shouldn't do given it was down to inaccuracy in the end, both teams had the same number of scoring shots, clean that up and it's pretty even, if they get past a very good Claremont team who also wont be dwelling on the 2 resent losses to the Gummies.

Definitely looking forward to the next 2 games now that the AFL won’t influence the results.  Good luck to all 3 teams, but goodest luck to the Sharks!!😬😬

Winger on the Joondy thread mentioned they had already sold around half the capacity to Joondy members and supporters. I assume theirs a limit to what each participating club can sell, wont be much left over for supporters of the non Joondy ressies and colts teams and neutrals, but that would be the case at any ground outside of Optus.
Given the restricted capacity, it ay have been fairer to open sales on Monday to each participating clubs members after the prelim so everyone gets a fair crack at it.
