TOPIC:

Finals start this Saturday at Newdegate, where the home side meet Borden in the First Semi Final.

It should be a close encounter with a ten point margin between the sides two weeks ago. Borden had to beat Gnowangerup in the final round to make the four which they did.

Newdegate have an experienced side with former West Pert and State Country player Ian Lloyd and OFA Landmark players in Dean Rintoul and David Newman. They will be hoping former South Fremantle player Blake Dunkeld will be available back from shoulder injury.

Borden make a rare appearance in finals and are led in Finals experience by the Woods brothers who played in the winning Railways Grand final team in the GSFL last season, along with the Bolton brothers who played in a Royals premiership in the GSFL a few years back. The Magpies will also be hoping former Perth player Jaxon Ramsay will be available after injury.

All finals will be Broadcast on Radio 6GS (1422) Starting at 2pm over the next four Saturdays
