The Mount Lawley Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for all coaching positions for season 2020
The club currently fields 5 teams across two grades, B League, B Reserves, Drew Banfield Colts, D League and D Reserves
and is centrally located at Hamer Park
Applicants for the B League/Head Coach role will be required to hold a minimum of Level 2 accreditation.
Level 1 accreditation is the minimum for all other grades
Head coach applicants will need to demonstrate the following qualities and attributes as a minimum:
Develop and implement a relevant and defined game plan for all grades
Display a planned and engaging training program that enhances attendance
Be actively involved in the recruiting and retention of players
Work constructively with the whole coaching group and the committee
