Most results went as predicted on the weekend with only the CVPSP - SNESA game upsetting a few tipsters, myself included!
The Valley were again outclassed, this time by a well drilled Canningvale outfit, they fought hard but the Cougars ball use was far superior and most Valley mistakes were punished severely.
Basso bounced back with a big win over Manning, not many predicted such a big margin. Basso must have got some players back after an indifferent start to the year.
Mosman Park's season didn't get any better either, another big loss, this time to the Quinns juggernaut. Not many teams will be looking forward to the trip up the freeway this season. The Valley will be hoping the Bulls get lost on the way next week or at least stop and sample some of the local produce before the game!
Warnbro also continued on their winning ways, demolishing Kenwick to keep the Royals winless.
CVPSP had a fairly convincing win over SNESA. SNESA's impressive start to the season has hit a snag with consecutive losses to fellow top 5 contenders.
