Just a quick question to everyone out there.

How do you go about getting boundary and goal umpires Do you get volunteers from the playing group or parents who want to help? Or do you pay a junior (from junior club arrangements or younger brothers of players)? If so how much do you pay?

I am sure this only applies to C Grade and lower. Any help appreciated.

usually pay a younger brother/friends for boundry, think about $30 per game, goal umpire is any injured player or a volunteer, give em a couple beers in the club house after?

We pay them all to try and get some consistency (in turning up mainly!) It seems to have done the job.
