Must have been a massive game at McGillivray between UWA and Curtin with Wesley getting up by the narrowest of margins to move into the Grand Final in 2 weeks. On the other hand North Beach virtually had a training run at Macdonald to easily account for Swan Ath who were really disappointing after their good performance last week.

Exactly how much this would have taken out of Uni will be revealed next week. From what I saw yesterday if they take Beach lightly it will be at their peril.

Why was the league game or all of the games played at McDonald? NB selling there home games to whitfords now?

Had to play somewhere as Chas Riley has been unavailable since mid July due to works being done on upgraded oval irrigation and construction of a new facility.

MacDonald was offered up by the WAAFL after Arena Joondalup was unavailable.

Wesley Curtin are the first promoted B Grade side to play in a Grand Final since Wembley in 2006. They could well be the first B Grade side (as far as I am aware) to go back to back B Grade to A Garde Premierships. Having said that and written off North Beach this year I am prepared to now consider an unlikely North Beach Premiership in 2013. Could even be League and Ressies as well!

Yeah I watched the North Beach game on the weekend. They would be a good chance at premiers this year, I had written them off.

I am aware that some clubs do pay players on the side, but Wesley Curtain are just taking the piss with there long list of recruits. For this reason I hope they choke.
