Probably had more to do with mossie park not having their umpire, he is as good as 3-4 goal breeze for them, saw the game and the teams were pretty much the same except for 1 or 2 changes on each side, mossie's BOG last week was playing Claremont reserves on Saturday apparently, he's worth a couple of goals on his own

I have seen Mossie play and you are right about there umpire. Which player you talking about with Claremont? I went and watched Basso again and it was a high skilled game, worthy of a prelim. Warnbro had there chances especially in the first qtr. Basso seemed composed and it was good to hear the coach at qtr time not to have panicked spoke well to his players and showed belief. Made me want to pull the boots on again. Obviously the belief was there within the players. The game was played in good spirit too, interesting this week I will be going along to hopefully watch another high standard game of footy. The big fwd needs to give off more though as Bassos fwd line is very good. The half forwards all ran and also chased.Warnbro were finally out played which is a credit to the style of play. Good luck to all.

It should be a rule for every club the have EFT facilities haha - also increases bar revenue gentlemen!!!!!

Be interested to hear some of the write-ups from the other games.... Ace - was a great day for you guys, can you share?

Cracking day of footy LAG, was a bit scary in the first quarter when Warnbro piled on 4 unanswered goals in the space of 10 mins but we managed to scale that back and was only a couple points down at quarter time, second quarter Warnbro got the better of us and was up by 8 points.
Last half was prob the best half of footy I have seen Basso play all this year we shut Warnbro down in all positions and came away with the win. I do give it too Warnbro they are a very good footy side and challenged us all day.
Looking forward to this weekend, we haven't beaten Mossie this year but we are ready for the challenge, bring on Saturday!!

Sorry. I wouldn't know if I have met you or not, haven't been introduced to an Ace. Plus I don't talk to players during the breaks. Not ready to day where you play , fair enough. You do play league though?
