Results went as expected in all the games. Perhaps the only surprise was the margin of the Uni win over Wesley Curtin and the fact that WC was only able to kick 3 goals for the entire match. That should give some confidence to North Beach who face them in the qualifying final next week. The elimination final promises to be a very even affair between TA's & Swan Ath who have had some very close matches this season.
North Beach made an unlikely entry into the A Colts finals.
Seemingly having finished their season last week due to the fact they were a game and 186 points (in % terms) behind Wesley Curtin, they did the impossible and turned it around by beating Swan Ath colts by 146 points. Uni did their part by beating Wesley by 56 points. Hopefully the Beach boys didn't plan their post season trip too early!
