Pretty quick post to get the tipping underway.

Here's the tipping ladder,

2. Maddog - 3 - 57
3. BD 1980 - 4 - 52

And the games;

Forecast is a bit of rain tomorrow, 5 to 10mm predicted with a maximum of 20C. For me personally I like wet weather footy since it brings everyone else's skills closer to my level.

Swan View (1st) vs. Secret Harbour (2nd) @ Brown Park
Swan View had their yip before the finals and will be back on the winners list this week.

Roleystone (8th) vs. Southern River (4th) @ Cross Park
A huge difference in these teams. Southern River to get up by a fair bit.

Wembley (10th) vs. Trinity Aquinas (6th) @ Henderson Park
Trinity still mathematically in a chance of finals, will be fighting hard for this, plus Wembley have been struggling for numbers in the lower grades. Trinity will get this one done.

Brentwood Booragoon (3rd) vs. Jandakot (5th) @ Karoonda Park
Will be a very tight game one way or the other, rumours that the bye for South Freo will bolster the Jets stocks. Brentwood will win by a goal or two at home.

Osborne Park (7th) vs. Cobras (9th) @ Robinson Reserve
Osborne Park are a hard team to come up against, despite their ladder position. Osborne Park will win at home.

Match of the Round is split between Swan View and Secret Harbour and Brentwood vs. Jandakot. I would tend to tip Brentwood vs. Jandakot, although that has a bias to it.

Worst and best case scenarios for all teams

Swan View best: win all games and stay top. Worse Case: loose both games and potentially drop to second.
Secret Harbour: Win All games and finish top. Worst Case: loose both and finish 4th
Brentwood: Win All games and finish top. Worst Case: loose both and finish 4th
Southern River: win all and finish 3rd lose and finish 5th (pending Jandakot then 4th)
Jandakot: win all and finish 4th (pending SR) lose all and finish 6th
Trinity: must win all game there is nothing worse than what could have been.

Now all this is of course speculative and it all comes down to who wins on the day and by how much as i see percentage will play a big part in the final standings.

this weeks games

Swan View v Secret Harbour (MOTR)
So much riding on this game in the way of the finals. If SV win they seal up top spot and a week off first round. But if they lose they give SH a sniff of that top spot. Same goes with SH if they win still a chance of taking top spot but if they lose they may be hanging on for 3rd. to make it interesting I will go SH by 2 goals

Roleystone v Southern River
this game is simple SR must win and win by allot to improve their percentage. Always a tough game between the two old rivals up on that mud pit (which it will turn into thanks to the rain) SR by 15+

Wembley V Trinity
Another must win for Trinity if they want to play finals and I see that easily happening here. TA 20+

Brentwood V Jandakot.
Just like MOTR this game has a lot of implications come final time. Brentwood win and SV loose then they will also still be in with a shot at top spot. Loose and also give a chance to SR to take their spot in the 3. Jandakot must win this match to deny Trinity a sniff and keep pressure on SR for that first home final.
Going with Jandakot here been impressive so far. 4+

OP V Cobras
Cobras by 10 points in a nothing game

Wembley and Ta's, couldbe the who cares cup, both large clubs who are surely more intersted in what their top grades are doing. Hopefully wembley can field two teams this week

Brentwood vs Jandakot, looking forward to a very difficult game this week, the equation for us is simple, win all remaining games and we get home final, goals havent changed, beat jandakot and we have beaten everyone in the comp. Brentwood to get up by a couple.

OP's to get up and have a win, and contemplate about the year that could have been. Cobras should apply a hard tag to number 15, absolutley dominates and is very hard to tackle!

Can see one or two of their starting 18 missing the game/getting lost - but not all 18. They "have" finished top.
